Once again this week I've had a lot I wanted to preview for lowculture, with four articles in a row. But this is probably it for a couple of weeks, I'm not aware of anything on the horizon that I want to write about.

More theatre first, on Thursday both Prick Up Your Ears and Victoria Wood's Talent started previewing: Vicky's got Talent.

Staying with theatre on Friday, John Simm in Speaking in Tongues: Yes, Master. As usual all these are shows I've got tickets for sometime in the next month or so.

For the weekend I had some TV shows I wanted to look at, and yesterday yay, Merlin was back! And it's still, basically, slash. I'll have to write one of my episode reviews on here later but in the meantime: Dumbledore is not the only gay wizard.

And finally tonight Trinity starts, a show for which the signs aren't exactly good (it was postponed for months by ITV2 of all channels, it looks silly, the reviews aren't great.) But it's got Christian Cooke's arse in it, so: Unholy Trinity.

Looking forward to your reviews of Prick up your ears and Talent - Both productions I would love to see myself so will have to live them through you ;)

I'll do my best - lately I've been going to the theatre so much I'm getting a bit bored of reviewing stuff, but hopefully these'll be good which should get my enthusiasm for it going again.

Don't miss 2nd May 1997 at the Bush. It is a superbly written and acted play, with the added bonus of a little nudity!

Cheers - Happily, I booked for that ages ago, going early next month. And I didn't even have any idea about the nudity at the time so I'm clearly developing a sixth sense for these things.
