The girl nowhere near a fireplace

Unusually for a Friday, I'm theatreing tonight, so here's a "something for Friday" post a bit earlier than usual. First a YouTube clip, an exciting one, for me at least, because it signals just over two weeks left until Doctor Who returns with Matt Smith and Karen Gillan in the leads. Although the latter's absent from this clip from "The Eleventh Hour," for reasons that will become apparent...

Ooh, traces of "The Girl in the Fireplace" there if, as I suspect, that five minutes doesn't quite work out that way, and the Doctor becomes Amy's imaginary childhood friend who turns up again when she's an adult.

Now I'm not saying that the three readers of this blog are shallow or nuthin' but a few weeks ago when I posted some of Jeff Slater's pretty-much-naked photos of Ryan Carnes that was one of the more popular "things for Friday" I've done so far. So in that spirit of shamelessly wanting attention, here's the rest of the photos from the set (and hey, you can pretend it's all thematically connected since Ryan Carnes was in Doctor Who that time!)

Have a good weekend, puny humans.
