Well I did say I'd post these on the blog because if I'm going to encourage myself to keep going to the gym I have to put the results up for people to see, but my usual dislike of photos of myself is the same as ever, just so we're clear. As per the title, they're not really before and after pics because I've obviously still got a long way to go, but these are the first set of comparison pics my personal trainer took. Unfortunately they're from slightly different angles which means the second pic is a bit more flattering than it should be for strict comparison, but still I think there's less belly there. (Well I should bloody hope so, considering some of the pain I've put up with in the intervening months.) The multiple chins don't seem to have any intention of going anywhere though. White shirt is Feb 2010, grey shirt August 2010. Apologies for the sweat, he really should have taken that one before
making me jump around for an hour, not after.
He emailed me one photo twice so he must have missed one out and this isn't a direct pair but here's another set.
